• All intellectual property rights arising from the project remain the property of Cloud Pixel Solutions until full payment has been received.

• Upon final payment, ownership of project deliverables will be transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information and data. All materials shared with Cloud Pixel Solutions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progress. Delays in providing the required materials may result in project delays.

8. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the project contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

9. Project Timelines

Timelines for each project will be clearly communicated. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery schedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cloud Pixel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
