1. Cancellation Policy
Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated, cancellations are not permitted.
Prior to Initiation: If the cancellation request is made before the project initiation, a full refund will be processed.
Service Subscriptions: Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Special Cases: In exceptional situations, cancellations may be considered at the discretion of Cloud Pixel Solutions, depending on the progress and efforts invested in the project.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only if:
The project has not yet started.
The deliverables have not been provided as agreed.
There is a clear failure to meet the specified requirements as per the contract.
Non-Refundable Services: Customized services, design work, and partially completed projects are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Disputes: Any dispute regarding refunds must be raised within 15 days of project completion.
3. Modifications and Revisions
In case of dissatisfaction with the delivered work, Cloud Pixel Solutions offers reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Revision terms will be stated clearly in the service agreement.
